Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Medium Head of Cabbage (3 Cups Shredded)
1 Medium Carrot
1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Celery Seed
2 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Using food processor, shed cabbage and carrot fine. (Not much carrot, just enough to add color)

When finished you should have about three cups. If not, adjust recipe as needed.

Put cabbage & carrot mixture in bowl.

Add remaining ingredients.

Mix Well.

Refrigerate until serving. More moisture presents as it sits, so don't over do the mayo.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Louise Griffiths is mom and she has been making this forever. It's one of those recipes, we come to mix together without the recipe. Going by taste.
