Cornbread Ingredients:
4 c. cornmeal
3 eggs, beaten
3 to 4 c. milk, sweet milk or buttermilk
T. oil for skillet

Dressing Ingredients:
2 c. onion chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup, 10 1/2 oz.
1 bag Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
3 or 4 boxes, 13 oz. each, chicken broth
Sage, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste

Cornbread: Preheat oven to 400º, put oil in large cast iron skillet and heat skillet on stove top. Mix cornmeal, eggs and milk. Cook in preheated oven till cornbread is golden brown. Remove bread from skillet and cool.

Dressing: Crumble cornbread into large pan, add the bag of stuffing mix and stir. In a saucepan heat the chicken soup, onions, celery and 1 box of chicken broth. Pour this mixture over the cornbread/stuffing mix. Continue adding chicken broth till the bread mixture is evenly saturated with the broth. Add sage, salt and pepper to taste. If needed, add more broth and stir. Pour into a baking pan and cook about 40 to 50 min. at 350º.
