1 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1tsp. salt
3 c. oatmeal
2 c. chocolate chips
2 T. water
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Stir in beaten eggs, water, vanilla. Add sifted dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop onto flour dusted cookie sheet. Bake at 375 F oven.
