2 8 oz. pkgs. flaked coconut
1 15 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Stir all four ingredients together in bowl. Place rounded tsp. of mix on WELL GREASED cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges start to turn golden brown. If you like coconut, these are really yummy!

Note: I usually don't put more than 8 on a sheet as these must be removed immediately when taken out of the oven or THEY WILL STICK LIKE GLUE to the pan. I also turn my spatula upside down and kind of shove them off the pan.
