3/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1 1/2 tsp Paprika
Salt & Pepper to personal taste (Lemon & Pepper Seasoning is best)
Granulated Garlic
4 Tilapia Filets
Olive Oil
1 tbsp chopped fresh Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º F.
Line baking sheet with foil (we like to use parchment paper instead).
Whisk Parmesan cheese, paprika, parsley, garlic & seasonings together in a shallow dish.
Coat Tilapia fillets with olive oil and press into the Parmesan cheese mixture.
Arrange coated fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven until the fish flakes easily with a fork (10 - 12 mins).
OPTION:
Top with a small amount of shredded cheese & broil for 1 - 2 mins for crispier fish.
