1/2 to 1 lb linguine
fresh herbs; basil parsley and oregano
4-6 baby bella mushrooms
1 scallion or red onion
salt
pepper
9 tbs olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
boil filtered water, salt and 1tbs olive oil in medium to large deep dish pan
add 1/2-1 lb linguine
add rest of olive oil to skillet at medium heat
chop mushrooms and scallion and add to skillet
chop parsley basil and oregano and add to warm skillet
add salt and pepper
drain linguine
add olive oil mushroom scallion and fresh herbs to drained linguine
