5 lbs. Yukon Gold Potatoes
24 oz. Sour Cream
12 oz. Kraft Mayonnaise
10 oz. Heinz Dill Pickle Relish
6 Ribs of Celery
1 Bunch of Green Onions
6 Strips of Thick Cut Bacon
2 T. Black Pepper
1 T. Salt
1 tsp. Garlic Salt
1 tsp. Celery Seed

Boil the potatoes unpeeled and let cool. Mix your wet & dry ingredients together in a bowl. Cube your potatoes and place them into a Large pan while layering the dressing over them to keep from having to over mix and breaking up the potatoes. Place in the refrigerator and serve cold. Paprika can be sprinkled over it before serving. This is a pretty close representation of The County Lines Potato Salad, and it makes enough for 8-12 people.
