3 oz. cream cheese - room temp.
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. chopped and drained sauerkraut
4 oz. finely diced corn beef
2-3 T. milk
Directions:

Heat all in sauce pan over low heat and thin with milk if necessary. Serve over Pepperidge Farms rye snack sticks
