1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 c. ketchup
1 t. mustard
4 drops of red hot sauce
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
3 T. brown sugar
salt and pepper, to taste

Cook ground beef in a large skillet with a lid. Break up chunks of meat as you stir. Add onions, garlic and bell pepper and cook till tender. Drain fat off meat mixture . Add ketchup, mustard, red hot sauce, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Salt and pepper to taste.
Add cooked macaroni to the mixture, stir till the macaroni is covered with the sauce. If too thick, add water and stir again. Cover pan and simmer about 3 min.

Macaroni, Cook in salted boiling water, till tender. Drain
