1 pound hamburg
1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 can mushroom soup
onion, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Mix above ingredients together and brown in skillet. Take meat out of skillet and put rest of soup in....may add cut up mushrooms. Bring to a boil, turn to low and put burgers back in. Cover with lid for 10 minutes.
