1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion - chopped
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. celery - chopped
2 tsp. salt
1 6 oz. can tomato paste
3/4 c. tomato juice
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. chili powder

Brown beef, drain, add other ingredients. Add about 1/4 c. water so it won't burn.

Best Spaghetti Ever. Nancy uses garlic powder instead of cloves and celery salt instead of chopped celery, also dried minced onion.
