1 c. shortening
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1 t. baking soda
1 t. cream of tartar
1 t. salt
1 c. cooking oil
4 c. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Add the rest of ingredients and mix well. Roll into galls and place on cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork or glass bottom dipped in sugar. Bake at 350º for 10 to 12 minutes. This recipe is good for fruit pizza.
