1 four ounce package shredded cheese (1 cup)
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
24 small pimento-stuffed olives
Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, with fork, blend cheese and butter or margarine; stir in flour, paprika and salt and mix well. Blot olives with paper towels.

Divide dough into 24 pieces; mold a piece of dough around each olive, covering completely and pinching the edges, forming a ball. Arrange on cookie sheet and freeze until solid. Pack in plastic bags or other freezerproof containers until ready to bake.

About 20 minutes before serving:
Preheat oven to 425º. Bake frozen cheese balls on cookie sheet 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.

These can be made ahead and frozen for up to two months.

To make and serve immediately, about 45 minutes before serving, prepare recipe as above but do not freeze, and bake 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned.
