3 croissants torn in small pieces
1 c. fresh asparagus, cut into 1" pieces
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. ham, diced
1/2 c. swiss cheese, shredded
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9x13 baking dish. Add to pan croissants, asparagus, cheddar, ham and swiss. Blend together eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour blended liquid mix over bread/ham mixture. Press top lightly to make sure croissants are covered. Cover with foil and place in 400º oven for 50 minutes. Uncover and continue to bake an additional 10 minutes or till top is browned and dish is puffy.
