6 slices bread (crusts removed)
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 tsp. Prepared mustard
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
3 eggs (mix with a whisk)
1 ½ cup milk
¾ cup half and half
½ tsp. Salt
dash of pepper
dash of nutmeg
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange bread in a 8x10 inch pan (grease pan). Brown sausage, drain. Stir in mustard. Spoon over bread. Cover with Swiss cheese. Combine eggs, milk, half and half, pepper, nutmeg, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over bread/sausage mixture. Bake at 350 degree for 25 to 30 minutes until set. Serve immediately
