1/2 c. margarine
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. applesauce
1 c. rolled oats
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar. Beat in egg. Mix together dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients, alternating with apple sauce. Stir in oats. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.

Bake at 350º for 25 - 30 minutes.
