1 1/2 lb. ground chuck or beef
1 large chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 small jar of diced pimento
1 pkg. of brown gravy mix
1 can of flake biscuits
1/4 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Brown beef and chopped onion.
Drain beef and add back to pan
Add soups, diced pimentos and gravy mix.
Blend well and cook for about 5 minutes.
Separate caned biscuits and use a rolling pin to flatten.
Put a spoonful of beef mixture in and use a fork to seal it.
Spread melted butter on top of biscuit.
Bake until golden brown
