3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-size pieces
4 ounces fully cooked smoked sausage, sliced
1 14-ounce can chicken broth
1 cup garlic and onion spaghetti sauce
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 ½ to 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
1bag boil-in-bag white rice

1. In 3/12 or 4-quart crockery slow cooker, stir together chicken, sausage, broth, sauce tomatoes, onion, celery and Cajun seasoning. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 7 to 8 hours, or on high-heat setting for 3 ½ to 4 hours or until vegetables are tender.

2. Cut rice bag open and stir into chicken mixture. Cover and cook about 10 minutes or more until rice is tender.
