6 garlic cloves, sliced
1 cup olive oil
1 cup butter
1 Tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic in combined olive oil and butter for 5 minutes. Add parsley, basil, oregano, salt, pepper and simmer for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Makes 2 cups.
