1/2 pound white American cheese
1/4 cup mile (more for thinner)
1 Tablespoon butter
1 (4) ounce can of green chilies, not drained
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
pinch of cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place cheese, milk and butter in sauce pan over low heat.
2. Heat until melted....stirring frequently
3. Stir in green chilies, cumin, garlic powder and not much cayenne pepper.
4. Add milk if you want it thinner.
5. Serve immediately with chips, tortillas or favorite Mexican dish.
