6 egg yolks
1 tbsp melted butter
1/8 tsp salt
6 tbsp sweet cream
4 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp cardamom
Flour enough to roll about 2 cups

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well, add sugar and mix well. Add rest of ingredients. Roll thin, cut into diamond shapes. Fry in deep fat, 370º about 2-3 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
