1 small head napa cabbage
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. chopped green onions

Directions:
1. Trim about 2 inches from the base of cabbage. Halve cabbage lengthwise and place each half cut side down on a cutting board. Cut crosswise into 2 inch pieces. Transfer into a bowl and toss with you hands to separate into individual pieces. About 6 cups.
2. Heat a wok or a large deep skillet over medium high heat. Add oil swirl to coat pan. Add garlic and toss once until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
3. Add cabbage and toss well. Cook undisturbed for 1 minute. Toss again and add water and salt pouring in slowly around sides of pan. Cook tossing until fairly crisp.
4. Add green onions and toss once. Serve hot or warm.
