1 lb. baby bok choy
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp. chopped fresh gingerroot
1 tsp salt or to taste
2 tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Trim each bok choy stalk, cutting away about 3/4 inches from the base of each. 'Then slice crosswise on the diagonal into 1 1/2 inch pieces.
2. Heat wok over high heat. Add oil and swirl to coat pan. Add garlic and ginger and toss well until fragrant, about 15 seconds.
3. Add bok choy stems and spread into a single layer. Cook for 1 minute. Toss well and add leaves. Cook undisturbed, for 1 minute. Toss pmce/
4. Add salt and water, pouring in slowly around sides of pan. Cook tossing occasionally until bok choy is crisp tender. Transfer to a serving plate...
