Ingredients:  
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup soda cracker crumbs, or any cracker
Mix together and press into a 9 inch pie pan

2 cups onions, sliced
2 Tablespoons butter
Glaze onions until soft, put into pie shell

2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
3/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Mix and pour over onions. Top with Cheese. Bake at 350* fir 30 minutes or until set and cheese is melted and golden brown.
