9 cups Rhubarb, chopped
4 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
9 Tablespoons strawberry jello, (dry)
4 cups sugar
pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups flour
Dot with butter

Carols' Pie Crust:
I use 1 cup of shortening, 3 cups flour, 1 tsp sugar , 1 tsp salt & about 9 Tablelspoons of water (more or less depending on the altitude). I'm sure you can use any pie recipe.

Directions:
Make pie crust and spread on bottom of jelly roll pan and push up the sides. Add rhubarb/strawberry mixture to top of crust. Add pie crust to top, cut for vents. Bake until light brown at 350*. Brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar. I use 1 cup of shortening, 3 cups flour, 1 tsp sugar , 1 tsp salt & about 9 tablspoons of water (more or less depending on the altitude). I*'m sure you can use any pie recipe tho.
