1 cup buttermilk
4 cloves grated garlic
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
1/4 cup olive oil
2 lbs. chicken thighs (I use all parts)
salt
1 pkg. dry ranch dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except chicken, reserve 1/3 cup for basting. Marinate chicken in remaining liquid for at least an hour or overnight. Spray grill with pam, grill chicken until browned or nice grill marks, not until done. Then bake @ 350 degrees for 15 minutes, then cover & bake @ 300 degrees for 1 hour. Baste while cooking.
