1 Brownie Mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup oil
2 Tablespoons espresso powder
3/4 cup chocolate chips

Frosting:
1 can chocolate frosting
2 teaspoons espresso powder
1 teaspoon water
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 9 X 13 pan with non-stick spray. Combine the water, oil, eggs and espresso powder in a large bowl, Add the brownie mix and stir until well blended. Stir in the chocolate chips. Pour batter into the prepared baking pan. Bake at for 30 to 35 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center of the brownies comes out clean. Don't overbake.

For the frosting, add 2 teaspoons of espresso powder to the canned frosting and stir until combined. Spread on the warm brownies.

You might want to cut the brownies into bite-sized pieces. They are rich but, taste oh so good! Find espresso powder at William Sonoma.
