3 packages yeast
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup warm water

Each Feeding:
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoon instant potatoes
1 cup warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate, covered, for 3 days. On 4th day take out and feed. Mix slightly and leave on counter for 8-12 hours. It will bubble. Return to the refrigerator for 3 days.

Take out and feed on the 4th day. Mix slightly and leave on counter for 8-12 hours. Stir gently. Take out 1 1/3 cup of starter. Return rest of starter to the refrigerator. Use 1 1/3 cup of starter to make bread or throw away. Repeat every 3-5 days.

**Starter MUST be fed and 1 1/3 cup removed every 3-5 days. Add 1 Tablespoon of yeast to feed every second or third feeding**
