3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. dark sesame oil
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1# beef, sliced thinly
1 carrot, julienned
1 scallion, sliced
1/2 yellow onion, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
First, in a large bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add beef, mix well and marinate for one hour.

In a hot skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Add carrots, and onion; stir fry for 1 minute. Add beef, and stir fry until meat is cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.

Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds and serve with rice.
