1 pound bow-tie pasta
1 large lemon
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish
3 tablespoons light Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 pint multicolored grape tomatoes, cut in half
1 medium zucchini, grated
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
¼ cup fresh basil leaves, finely chopped, plus leaves for garnish

Directions:

1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, from lemon, grate 1 teaspoon peel and squeeze ¼ cup juice into large bowl. Whisk in Parmesan, mayonnaise, oil, garlic, and 1 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Add tomatoes, zucchini, peas, basil, and cooked pasta; toss well. Serve warm or chilled.
Can be refrigerated, covered, for up to 1 day. Garnish with Parmesan and basil.
