12 oz. white chocolate bark 16 oz. white chocolate bark
1 c. (6 oz. ) butterscotch chips 1 1/3 c. butterscotch chips
1 1/2 c. unsalted peanuts 2 c. unsalted peanuts
3 c. (about 4 1/2 oz.) potato sticks 4 c. (about 6 oz.) potato sticks
Directions:
Directions:
In a microwave oven or in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, melt the bark and chips together. Stir until mixed. Add nuts and potato sticks. Mix well. Drop by the spoonful onto waxed paper and allow to cool. Store candy in an airtight container.
