4 chicken breasts cubed (Trader Joes Just Chicken strips)
1 lb. tricolor cheese tortellini cooked per instruction
1 lb. fresh spinach
1 bunch green onions
1 box grape tomatoes
1 cup feta cubed
1 cup roasted nuts (pine nuts)

Dressing made in food processor
3/4 cup olive oil
3/4 cup white wine vinegar
3 cloves garlic
3 T Dijon mustard
2 to 4 T fresh cilantro (your preference)
2 to 4 T fresh basil (your preference)

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate the chicken and tortellini overnight in the dressing. (could marinate early in the day for a few hours). Toss together all ingredients and serve or refrigerate until ready to serve.
