1 stick unsalted butter
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 buttermilk OR 1/4 cup plain yogurt & 1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups grated zucchini, drained & patted dry
1 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Frosting:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 sticks unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 lb. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream 1 stick of butter, oil, sugar; beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat in 1 tsp vanilla and buttermilk. Combine 1/4 cup cocoa and other dry ingredients and stir into creamed mixture until just combined. Add zucchini, walnuts and chocolate chips. Bake in greased pan(s): (2) 9" pans for 25-30 minutes or 9"x13" for 40-50 minutes. Make frosting with butter, cocoa, vanilla cream cheese and powdered sugar. (Cream all together)
