Crust:
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. bisquick
2 T. sugar
Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 T. flour
3 eggs
16 oz. can of pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Topping:
1/2 c. sour cream
2 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Cut butter into dry ingredients until mixture is crumbled - pat into ungreased square pan and bake @ 350º for 10 minutes.
Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar and flour until creamy. Beat in remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over crust and bake @ 350º until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Allow to cool for 1/2 hour.
Topping: Mix together topping and spread on cake. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
