1- 3 oz pkg cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
2 cups biscuit mix (such as Bisquick)
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup raspberry jam

Icing;
2 cups powdered sugar
1 T+ water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cream cheese and butter into 2 cups of Bisquick mix. Mix until crumbly. Blend in milk. Knead on a lightly floured surface 8-10 times. Roll dough into a 8 x 12 rectangle and turn onto a greased baking sheet. Spread jam down center of dough. Make 2- 1/2" cuts at 1" intervals along sides; fold stripes over filling. Bake at 425º for 12-15 mins. Drizzle with icing.
