1 pound package frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
1 round of brie (13.2 ounces)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup toasted, chopped pecans
1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
2 Tablespoons bourbon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400º.
Stir together light brown sugar, pecans and bourbon. On a lightly floured surface, roll out one sheet of pastry dough slightly. Spread the pecan mixture in a 5- inch circle in the center of the pastry sheet. Wrap the pastry around Brie, pinching to seal tightly. Place on aluminum foil lined baking sheet folded side down. Bake for 25 minutes until the pastry is lightly brown. Cool for 10 minutes. Serve with sliced fruit or assorted crackers.
