1-2# head of green cabbage, outer leaves removed
2 packages Ramen noodles, Oriental flavor
1/2 cup Sliced Almonds

dressing:
2 packets Oriental flavor ramen noodle packets
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. line a baking sheet with foil. spread sliced almonds on sheet. Break ramen noodles into small chunks, and add to almonds. Toast in oven for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown, remove from oven and allow to cool.
Cut cabbage into quarters, remove cores, and shred finely. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, ramen noodles, and almonds. Combine dressing ingredients in a mason jar; seal and shake to combine; pour over cabbage and toss well. Chill until service.

Additional Vegetables [finely shredded] may be added to the slaw to taste- onions, bell peppers, jicama, cucumbers, etc...
