9 c. Rice Chex© cereal
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Into a large bowl, measure cereal; set aside. In a 1 qt. microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter, uncovered, on High for 1 min. Stir. Microwave about 30 sec. longer, or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into 2-gal. resealable food storage plastic bag.
Add powdered sugar. Seal bag and shake it until cereal is well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container.
