1 C butter
1 C powdered sugar
2 1/4 c flour
3/4 C finely ground pecans
2 C candied cherries cut in quarters

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Add flour and pecans, mix well.
Stir in cherries by hand.

Divide dough into three logs.
Roll in plastic wrap and chill overnight.
Slice into 1/8" slices.

Bake at 325º for 13 -14 minutes.
