1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. confectioners sugar (powdered sugar)
8 oz. cream cheese
2 small containers Cool Whip
2 (3 oz.) packages instant lemon pudding
3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix flour, butter and nuts. Pat into a 7" x 10" pan. Bake 20. minutes, 375 º
Cool.

Blend: Sugar, cream cheese and 1 container of Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust.

Mix: Milk and lemon pudding - spread over cream cheese mixture and then spread a
.thin layer of Cool Whip and extra nuts. Refrigerate.
