8 oz. mushrooms
2/3 cup onion (chopped)
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
3 cups chicken broth
1 cup light cream
2 cups chicken
1 cup dry vermouth (or chicken broth)
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese (grated)
1 lb. angel hair pasta (cooked)

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, cook onions and butter until soft.
Remove from heat and blend flour and gradually add chicken broth and cream.
Cook, stirring, until smooth and thickened.
Remove from heat and add chicken, vermouth, salt, pepper and 1/2 the cheese.
In a 4 or 5 qt. dish, add cooked pasta and chicken mixture.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake at 375° for 30-40 min.
