1 tbs. Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
2 Carrots (chopped)
2 Stalks Celery (chopped)
1 1/2 Onion (chopped)

2 cans Diced Tomatoes
4 c. Chicken Broth
4 oz. Spaghetti (broken)
Parmesan Cheese
Italian Style Frozen Meatballs
Directions:
Directions:
Hint olive oil in large pot on medium-high.
Put in garlic, carrots, celery and onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are soft, about 5 min.
Add tomatoes and broth. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer, add meatballs, cook for 15 minutes.
Add spaghetti to broth. Simmer until pasta is tender. Put in bowls and sprinkle with parmesan.
