1 c. corn syrup
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
6 c. chex cereal
1 1/2 c. M & M's
1 1/2 c. butterscotch chips
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan bring corn syrup and sugar to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in 1 1/2 c. peanut butter. Place Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl. Pour peanut butter mixture over cereal and carefully toss. Stir in M&M's. Scoop cookie size portions onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. In a medium size microwave bowl add butterscotch chips, chocolate chips and peanut butter. Stir every 30 seconds until melted and smooth. Spoon chocolate mixture over cookie mounds. Let stand until set before serving.
