2 - 8 ounce packages cream cheese
1 Cup Sour Cream
3 eggs
2 Cups crumbled blue cheese
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1 1/4 Cups sour cream

Sweet red and yellow pepper rings and parsley for garnish.

Pre-heat oven to 300°F

Beat cream cheese with blue cheese in a large mixing bowl until fluffy.
Add 1 Cup sour cream and pepper.
Blend, then add eggs one at a time – blending well after each.
Pour into a well buttered 9 inch spring form pan.
Bake 60 to 65 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Don’t over cook it or it will be dry.
Remove from pan and carefully spread remaining 1 1/4 cups of sour cream on top of cake.
Return cake to over for 5 minutes.
Cool completely.

Decorate with yellow and red pepper (sweet) rings and finely chopped parsley.
Serve with crackers.
