1 stick of Margarine or butter
1 1/2 c. Rice (uncooked, white)

Add:
1 can of onion soup
1 can of beef consume' soup
1 can of sliced mushrooms (or you can use fresh, about 1 c sliced mushrooms)
1 1/2 c cheddar cheese, grated

Sauté the rice in the butter or margarine until slightly browned
Add the next 3 ingredients
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
Add the cheese to the top the last 5 minutes of baking
