6-8 pieces of talapia
Corn tortillas
3/4 c flour
3/4 c Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c Tony Chachere creole seasoning
Deep fryer - clean oil

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oil in deep fryer - clean oil
2) Mix all the dry ingredients together in a ziploc bag
3) Wash and towel pat dry the talapias- cut each in half lengthwise (double quantity from 6 to 12)
4) Place each fish (3-5 at a time) in the flour mixture and coat well - deep fry approx 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Drain
5) Heat corn tortillas in a non-stick pan (approx) 15-20 seconds each side
6) Fill each taco with fish, cole slaw, and pick de gallo
