5-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (can substitute with beef or pork cutlets)
Japanese panko bread crumb
1 egg
1 c water
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Johnnys salad elegance
Deep fryer with clean oil

Directions:
Directions:
1) Heat oil in fryer
2) Split the chicken breasts in half so it doubles the amount (i.e. from 6 to 12)
3) Whisk the flour, water, and egg together - stir in the onion powder and salad elegance and mix well
4) Dip each (thin) chicken breast into egg wash then coat in panko bread crumbs
5) Place each chicken in the deep fryer (2-3 at a time) - fry until golden brown. Drain
6) Serve on top of a bed rice and/or shredded cabbage

* condiments - tonkatsu sauce
