24 pieces of chicken drumsticks
3/4 c flour
3/4 c Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salad elegance
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Smart Balance EVOO cooking spray
Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven 400º
2) Mix all dry ingredients in a ziploc bag
3) Shake 3-4 pieces of chicken at a time in the flour mixture - coat well. Place coated chicken drumsticks onto a foil,lined baking dish
4) Bake for 30-45 minutes or u til juices run clear
5) Spray each drumstick with EVOO spray and bake until golden brown, turn over and repeat
