4 large chicken breasts
1 box Krustez Honey Corn Bread mix (fat free)
1 can corn-drain
1 Tbs. oil
1 small onion diced
1 green pepper diced
1 C. shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix corn bread mix according to package directions, stir in drained can of corn. Bake on 400 in large cast iron skillet for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven poke holes in cornbread and spread with a layer of BBQ sauce. Turn off oven.

Boil chicken breasts in water seasoned with chicken boullion. Cook until done, drain fluid and shred chicken. Add Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce to chicken.

Saute green pepper and onion in oil when tender add to chicken and stir it in then layer mixture over cornbread, top with shredded cheese and put back in the oven and let it sit until the cheese is melted.
