2 TBSP yeast
1/3 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Grease a baking sheet.
In the bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle wheel gently stir together the milk, yeast, sugar, melted butter and egg. Add in 3 1/4 cups flour on low speed until dough is smooth. Switch to dough hook and knead on low speed for about 5 to 7 minutes. If the dough is too wet, add flour, 1 tablespoon at a time until it follows the hook. Divide the dough into about 12 balls, flatten a little to make a disc and place on baking sheet. Cover lightly with plastic wrap and let rest for approx. 10 minutes. Whisk the extra egg with the water and brush on rolls. Sprinkle with the seeds if wanted and bake approx. 10 to 12 minutes until golden. Buns may be frozen in a Ziploc bag or airtight container.

I found this on the internet and really liked it. I make more than 12 as I don't like them to be so thick. Really easy and beats the store brands hands down!
